Logan Gerber-Chavez

University of Delaware

Logan is a Ph.D. candidate in the Disaster Science and Management program. Her dissertation is entitled, “Conceptualizing Compound Disasters and Environmental Justice: Improving Disaster Planning for Compound Disaster Events.” Logan has worked on projects in climatology, environmental policy, and green-roofing technology, as well as conducted volunteer work in the four corners region of the U.S., spending time on the Navajo and Ute reservations. She earned her Masters of Science in Geography from the University of Oklahoma.
